There is a future school site in the neighbourhood.
Residents will appreciate nearby services such as grocery and food, retail, convenience, and other appropriate services fit for a residential neighbourhood.

5 Reasons You'll hate it:

This is still a developing neighbourhood which means construction is ongoing.
The ponds are a popular area for geese which can result in dodging goose droppings on the trials. However, the goslings every year are pretty cute.
While there are beautiful walking trails to enjoy, this area is not quite within easy walking distance of services or schools at this time, but this will change with the development of the Kensington shopping district and future schools.
Warning the location is close to Costco, and that’s just bad news for the bank account if you shop like me.
It can be tough to find a starter or entry-level home price in this area
